Allow me to introduce myself…

Hey, i’m Lulu

A certified eating psychology coach + life coach, dedicated to helping you feel confident in your body.

“There’s an intimate connection between how you feel in your body, and your relationship with food.

When you heal your relationship with food, you’ll come to peace with yourself, and feel confident in your body.”

What I do

I work with women, one-on-one, to heal her relationship with food.

I have a deep understanding of eating behaviour, patterns, and
why you behave the way you do when it comes to food.

Your relationship with food is actually a mirror for your relationship with yourself. The rules you apply to food (perhaps unconsciously) are intimately connected to your perception of yourself and your body.

If you find yourself preoccupied with weight, that’s often tied to other aspects of yourself like confidence or self-worth.

My way of coaching effectively addresses
weight concerns, body image challenges, emotional eating and binge eating, so that you can feel confident in your body and be at peace with yourself.

Who this is for

I’m here for you —

  • BECAUSE you’d love to stop obsessing over food and body, but you’re afraid that if you just “let go”, you’d spiral out of control

  • BECAUSE you know what’s best for you, but you don’t actually do it. So every time you “mess up”, you enter the guilt/punishment cycle

  • BECAUSE you want to be at peace with your body, but every other thought is self-critical and judgemental

  • AND AT THE END OF THE DAY, you just want to befriend your body, stop fighting everything, and trust yourself when it comes to food

That’s what I’m here to help you with.

How it works

We set up a free call to get clear on your current situation. And then I’ll recommend a course of action that will get you from your current sitch to your dream sitch.

I offer 3 different coaching packages to serve the women I work with. Book a Clarity Call to find out more about these and which one will be best for you.

All sessions take place online.

The Why

I believe you can be at peace with yourself and feel confident in your body — by healing your relationship with food.

So many women were taught that food is the reason for all our weight and body image issues. And so — to be happy — you need to manage and control your body as best as you can. Most of us grew up with some level of conflict or battle when it came to food and our weight.

Unfortunately these patterns are perpetuated in a society that normalizes dieting, being image-obsessed, and manufactures the very conditions that causes you to feel inadequate in the first place.

Inevitably, as you attempt to “fix the problem” of your weight — with methods prescribed by the same forces that created the problem (ie. restrictive diets and drudging exercise), you actually end up more unhappy.

I’ve been there before.

Many years ago, I struggled with my weight, obsessed over food, and slowly sank into the lie: that my self-worth was tied to my appearance. This spiraled into low self-esteem, persistent self-doubt, and manifested in an eating disorder (that I kept well-hidden from the world).

I tried all the diets and all the different strategies to “control” my weight and the disordered eating. But that didn’t work.

At the time, I didn’t know that I was doing the exact opposite of what it takes to heal. By trying to suppress unwanted behaviours, it only made them come back with a vengeance.

It wasn’t until I looked deeper, and addressed the root of my issues, that I allowed myself to heal and grow through that dark period.

This is why I have a deep sense of purpose to help women heal their relationship with food and restore their connection with their bodies.
